1400 N Main

This property was once home to one-story Queen Anne cottage with a steep hip roof, three cross gables, boxes eaves, and an independently roofed, wrap-around entrance porch supported on Tuscan columns.  It had 1/1 double-hung windows, an entrance with an oval-light door and transom, shallow projections on the north and south elevations, and an enclosed rear porch.  The home had been built in the very early 1900s.

Unfortunately the home burned October 2, 2021, in the early morning hours.  The home was not salvageable and was torn down in late November 2021.

We acquired the property in January of 2022.  Shortly after, we fence it off, and began using for a garden.  We have plans to install at least one sculpture outside the fence, in the corner, and plan to paint murals on the fence.
